Abstract

The Usage of Common Multiple Comparison Tests (Post-Hoc) in Fisheries Sciences

In this study, we examined the focus of using the multiple comparison tests (post-hoc) to the field of fish-eries. After ANOVA, selection of post-hoc tests is too important. Whether variance and group sizes are equal or not between groups in experiments may have an effect on selection of post-hoc tests. Moreover, presence of control group and number of groups also affect this selection. In this study, we summarized most common post-hoc tests and their usage as a practical guide.
